"Everything went as well as humanly possible.  Ran into dry rot issues on underlayment, and improper metal sheathing around the air conditioner.  (Roof top HVAC).  Also we had our skylight replaced and upgraded and it had to be moved and reframed.  Even with the complications, the work was finished in a very timely and professional manner.  We could not have been more pleased.

"This company and crew are exceptional!  This was my second time receiving their services.  From first phone contact with a personable office staff, to the on-time arrival of a crew of three, to their effectively-coordinated work and their patient conclusion of business, they are consistently courteous, efficient, and responsive to concerns on site. They treat the job as if it were their own home, removing shoes for indoor work, keeping inside areas protected and dry, paying attention to hard-to-get areas, cleaning up after each area is finished, and giving everything a once-over touch-up (giving extra wipes to stray window smudges, wiping any lingering water drops on frames, checking snug fit for screens and window inserts) at the finish.   Within five minutes of arriving and reviewing the plan, Joe was up on the roof, blower going.  Corey was  whisking through the interior windows so quietly I scarcely knew he was there, and we never  interrupted each other's work, and  Dean managed the exterior cleaning and skylights, gutter cleaning along with Joe.   They picked up their materials and any residue clean-up in a jiffy, and were gracious in their-- THEIR -- appreciation for the job.  I felt I had the greater benefit--(the windows, skylights, roofs, gutters, eaves were truly PERFECTLY CLEAR!)-- especially when later I realized there was not a spider-web to be seen around the entire exterior of the house!  Bonus!

"I had a major leak coming from my skylight. Alex was the first to bid on my project; he was punctual, professional and efficient. He got on my roof, took pictures of the damage and explained what needed to be done. He sent me a quote broken down into 4 parts; I could choose and pay for what I could afford immediately. I gave him a deposit; he sent for the parts and said it would be approximately up to two weeks. Lo and behold the parts came in the following week and we set up a date for the repair. He took pictures of the project as he progressed. There was so much damage and rot! He completed the job in a timely manner. Showed me the pictures of the progress and explained all that had been done. There was no mess when he left. I was so pleased with the end result. Thank you Alex and I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs your services."

"The gentleman who came to do the work (Rudy) was friendly and punctual, but just didn't seem very detail-oriented or professional, and he didn't come to the job very prepared.
He came to install a skylight tube.  He went up into our attic and started working - and he cut a hole in our ceiling down from the attic without *measuring the dimensions* first.  After punching a big hole in the ceiling he realized he couldn't put the skylight tube there because there were framing members in the attic that restricted his access, and the skylight tube wouldn't fit but he'd already made a big hole there.  So then he asked to borrow our tape measure because he hadn't brought his with him (?!?).  After trying for quite some time to shave away the beams in the attic and make the skylight tube fit, he gave up and cut away the attic beams.   Finally he could have room for the skylight tube.  Except then he had to brace the beams in the attic to reinforce the area he'd cut away.  But he didn't have any materials in his truck that would work.  So again he asked if we had anything in the house he could use.  We scrounged around down in our garage and found some pressure-treated 2-by-4's that he cut & nailed & used to brace the beam cutout in the attic.  By his own admission they were the wrong size and the wrong material, but that's what he used.  When he was finished with the skylight tube installation, the area of the ceiling around the tube opening was cracked, smudged, gouged, and all-around pretty ugly.  We had no choice but to leave it that way until next time we repaint the ceiling, so it still looks bad even today. 
He also installed a solar attic fan, and he gave us a discount after all the adventures with the skylight tube.  A discount was nice, but I wouldn't hire him again.  Now I'm considering bringing in another contractor to repair the damage he did in the attic.
