"Robert did his "magic" in designing an entirely new "look" to these areas. He totally demolished the existing and replaced them with a "Bouquet Canyon-like" stone walkway and courtyard. Following the same theme, our lake side patio was made level with diagonally cut stained concrete boarded with more of the "Bouquet Canyon" stone. The result was not only beautiful but functional as well. It completely transformed from "blah" to WOW"!"

What caught my attention was the mention of the quality of work and that construction was completed as scheduled. This is exactly what I experienced when I decided to have my bathroom remodeled. It needed a serious update. The men that work for this company were punctual, and worked the entire time they were here. On a few occasions they even wanted to stay late to finish their tasks. I found this very respectful. The guys covered the carpet and put up protective sheets to help keep the rest of my house clean. "Thomas, sales, assured & described remedy for each concern including low spot where water pools. Admitted that they are not the low bid because they are superior in workmanship. Delayed start due to material pick-up. told it would still be dry by 5pm. Lawrence walk the project identified all issues including the only low spot where water pools. the crew worked efficiently enough to solicit and complete two neighbor's projects that same day. cracks were still very visible. Lawrence said I would have to wait 6 months and repeat the process for and additional $1500 to completely fill the cracks. The area did not dry by 5 but took over 24 hours to be walkable. I paid them in full immediately. A week later the water pooled at the low spot as before. no difference. I sent photos with an email. No response from the company. I followed up with a phone call. Lawrence said there was nothing they could do and refused to come look. I am very disappointed."

"Treeium recently completed the remodel of a portion of my home and a detached garage to create two apartments (ADUs). Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and fraught with tension, disagreement, and arguments. Most importantly, the project was scheduled to be completed in 3.5 months but took over 7 months to complete, without a reasonable cause for the delay. Additionally, they repeatedly touted their years of experience and expertise, which caused me great concern when I discovered that their contract’s payment schedule forced me to pay large sums of money for work that had not been completed. On a positive note, their sales pitch and marketing are exceptional."
