Treeium recently completed the remodel of a portion of my home and a detached garage to create two apartments (ADUs). Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and fraught with tension, disagreement, and arguments. Most importantly, the project was scheduled to be completed in 3.5 months but took over 7 months to complete, without a reasonable cause for the delay. Additionally, they repeatedly touted their years of experience and expertise, which caused me great concern when I discovered that their contract’s payment schedule forced me to pay large sums of money for work that had not been completed. On a positive note, their sales pitch and marketing are exceptional.

My wife and I are retired and decided to invest in our home of 35 years in Irvine by upgrading all three bathrooms. We had remodeled them only once before and did not have much money at the time and we were determined to get it right this time. We decided against hiring an interior designer so we interviewed contractors that were larger firms with good resources like a Project Manager that would come onsite weekly and see the project thru from beginning to end. We knew we would pay a little more for that level of service. We decided on Treeium after meeting a few times with our Project Manager Amir Teymouri. Amir made us really comfortable with the depth of his remodel knowledge, gave us very credible design idea’s and excelled at both his verbal and written communications. That combined with Treeium’s size ($100M in annual sales), discounts with major suppliers of bath fixtures and tile Were ket you decision along with the excellent ratings on Yelp, Houzz etc. So, we signed a contract for all 3 bathrooms with Amir. Amir did exactly as he said he would by monitoring his crews work, visiting our home several times a week to check on progress, ask us about how we liked the work and communicating to us clearly as to schedule and what materials or decisions were needed (and when) from us. Amir has terrific contacts with key suppliers like bathroom fixtures, tile stores, shower enclosures etc…. and those relationships really helped when issues would present themselves. For example, our supplier for the master bath sold us the wrong rough-in valve (which was already installed and tiled over) for the filler tube for our soaker tub. Amir handled all the conversations with the supplier and presented us with 3 different alternative replacements for the tube filler that would fit the already installed rough-in valve.
Treeium is a very good company but as always its the people that make the difference. In my opinion Amir is a very good Project Manager and has a very good team supporting him. I would highly recommend Treeium and especially Amir Teymouri for your home remodel needs. Bottom line, could not be happier with the final competition of all 3 bathrooms! I was so satisfied mid-way with through the project I signed another contract to have Treeium paint the exterior of my house and they did a terrific job on that as well.

We worked with Treeium to do a remodel of both our bathroom and kitchen. We had the pleasure of working with Amir who was not only incredibly informative, but quick to respond, consistently available, and provided honest and direct feedback. He gave us a reasonable schedule to accomplish the work and finished it ahead of schedule. We weren't able to do the bathroom with Treeium in the end but the kitchen came out better than we had hoped. Additionally, even after the project was completed, Amir was available to make any adjustments and even give us friendly advice on other projects. The end price for Treeium is on the higher side but working with Amir made that price worth it.

We just had two bathrooms remodeled by Treeium. Lior, the project manager, made sure that all was on schedule -- the crews, the suppliers and us. We are very happy with the new bathrooms in our home. The contract said the job would be done in 7-8 weeks; it was done in 5 weeks. Lior is a “taskmaster” in the best sense of the word. He is also a cheerleader. He kept us all “in line” by reminding us of our responsibilities. He was at the site every day. His crew was friendly, conscientious, and efficient. We live approximately seven hours drive from the construction site and had several trips planned during the reconstruction. Prior to starting the project, we were supplied detailed schematics as well as a designer’s full color rendering of what the bathrooms would look like on completion. As a result, we were able to follow the work via skype or photos which Lior supplied daily. We made minor changes along the way. Lior was always positive and gave great advice in relation to costs etc.. We were told exactly how much the project (or changes we made) would cost there were no surprises when the work was completed. We are more than happy with the work done by Treeium. We plan to keep on using Treeium for the rest of our renovations because of the fine work done by the crews and the direction of Lior, the project manager.

This was my first remodel. I was very fortunate to find Amir of Treeium to do my master bathroom renovation. From the very first meeting with Amir I knew this was the right fit. He was told me about the company, showed me various jobs he was in charge of as the project manager. He walked me through the process and made me feel confident that Treeium and Amir were right for the job. The remodel went like clockwork and was completed ON TIME!! Amir was at the job site almost daily and was always available by text or phone, including weekends and holidays! When in doubt I relied upon his expertise and he never steered my wrong. Amir kept me informed throughout the process. He always told me at the close of work what the next day would be. I appreciated his attention to detail and his honesty. I always felt I was in good hands. Not only is Amir wonderful but so are his team. They were very polite, cordial and without too much interference with my day. They cleaned up daily and the dust was minimal due to the plastic tarp taped to adjoining rooms. I have a small dog and they were always careful to keep the front door closed so she would not escape. After hearing all the horror stories from others about a remodel I feel very lucky to have found Amir. He made the remodel flow easily and flawlessly. If I need any renovations in the future I will call Amir.

Treeium was awesome! Our Project Manager couldn’t have been better! From helping us with design decisions to making sure we were happy with each step along the 5 week kitchen remodel project. Lior was very accessible by text. Always available to answer our every question. Even when we were out of country, he kept us up to date with text messages and photos. Our new kitchen is beautiful. The cabinets, counter tops, back splash and walk-in pantry were done very professional. The lighting and painting completed the transformation. We are very pleased and would recommend Treeium.

We had another company come and remove the popcorn ceilings from two rooms. This left major drywall repair and paint work needed. Treeium’s David A. came and gave (1 of 4) bids that was in the lower middle. I like the company backing and internal work staff. So we had them start. David says “No Problem”; it’s a thing with him. As things go, the workers didn’t tape-off a hall and drywalling/construction dust made it into the other side of the house. Imagine cloths-piles and bedroom-furniture chaos covered with a fine coating of #whoknowswhat! We where overwhelmed. “No Problem”. David puts us up in a hotel for the night and next day brings 2 maids with mover-guys to clean the entire house. They got in and around things you couldn’t imagine. Very well done. Then, my family expects the finished work to be like new; so we inspect the final results and the ceiling texture isn’t right and the paint was flat not eggshell (mixed communication issue). “No Problem” David gets the guys to come back and repaint another coat over the entire job! It’s beautiful and as imagined. So, there may be mistakes; it’s construction. And, I’d recommend thorough communication and documentation of the exact statement of work in advance (paint color/finish/location, etc.), but when Treeium’s David A. says “No Problem”, he means it. This company wants you to be happy in the end. I gave a B for professionalism because I think the company could add a better process with forms for capturing the statement of work. It should not be free form; and there should be gates on a timeline. Though, we were happy that they got started right away for us :) overall, A.

The Lior Lazarovich was great he always text and tried to say on top of everything. The Project turn out better then I could hope for. They got the work done faster then we though it would be. They pass all the inspections with "Flying colors" However I need to add the workers they hire seem to make more work for themselves in every step they had to come back to fix mistakes. Also the workers showing up when told they would did not always happen. Bottom line would I hire them again YES. I have asked then to come back already for the next step I have planned at my home.

When looking for a contractor for our Kitchen remodel, we interviewed and received estimates from several contractors for over a year. We finally decided to go with Treeium Mainly because our Project Manager, Guy Borenstien made us feel most comfortable that Treeium could deliver what they were promising. When we finally contacted Guy again we had a deadline of 3 months which Guy said was no problem. As it turned out we had a family emergency and needed the project finished much sooner. Guy pulled out the stops and got his crews lined up and scheduled to complete our kitchen within 3 weeks from design to completion. Guy always kept us updated on the schedule and next steps on a daily basis. He continuously checked in on the progress of the project to ensure everything was completed and let us know if the crew needed additional time to complete their tasks, how that would affect our schedule and if crews needed to be rescheduled to meet our timeline. As with all projects there were some hiccups and issues, but they were all addressed promptly and professionally. Thanks to Guy and the Treeium crews our kitchen was completed just in time.

It went very well and we are delighted with the results. After receiving multiple quotes we went with Treeium. The project manager, Kobi, was thorough, professional and extremely knowledgable regarding all aspects of this business. The projects were completed within the timelines and the quality of work is great. The variious crews worked well together and in coordination. We were very impressed with the excellent communication; we appreciated no surprises! All disciplines were very skilled in their respective fields and it shows in the quality of the finished product. The PM made sure our wishes were heard and made every effort to make those happen. He visited the worksite often and kept us apprised of work status/plans. The crew was very professional and took great care to keep our house clean during these projects (which is greatly appreciated). There were no glitches or issues. A question/concern regarding on electical outlet was resolved (electrician arrived at our house) within one hour of our call to the PM! The service was beyond our expectations and we would use this company again.

After an initial rocky start with a person no longer with the company, owner Moty Ginsberg had Ron Admony take over as our Project Manager and he has been excellent to work with, diligent in keeping our project on track and has been completely honest with us in all our dealings.
The project is completed and we are very happy with the results. We had Treeium add a walk-in shower in one bathroom and make the second into an on-suite master bath. In addition, they created a laundry closet and opened up the kitchen to allow for a large refrigerator with custom cabinets. To accomplish this they needed to demolish walls, borrow into the slab for new drainage, create two new walk-in showers and a new master closet. They installed a beautiful glass bowl vanity and custom linen closet in the master bathroom with glass tiles in the shower and along the back of the vanity. With Ron at the helm and a very able crew, including Luis, Arturo, Juan and Alex, they were able to get the project to a stage where we could move in on time and then they completed the last stages of the project without delay. We have received many compliments on how the project turned out and everyone who sees it agrees that Treeium did a great job.

We did a lot of research and received several bids before deciding to hire Treeium for our kitchen remodel and flooring project. From everything we found, Treeium came highly recommended by Angie's List and Home Advisors. We met with our "Project Manager" back in April of this year and decided to hire Treeium because the idea of a Project Manager dealing with all of the contractors, project details, and the city was very appealing to us. We were promised status reports along the way and communication about each phase of our project... all sounded just great.
We started construction in June, with a due date for completion of mid July. Our project was not completed until the end of August. The problems we encountered along the way are too long and too detailed to get in to. The biggest problem was that there was very, very little communication with our project manager and when we finally could reach him (very rarely answered his cell phone), it was always late in the day and he never knew what was going on. He consistently promised dates and times that fell through.
We are happy with our completed project, but consumers need to know that what Treeium advertises as "project management" is completely false. The project manager we worked with was nothing more than a slick sales person. He took no accountability for his lack of communication. As a result of our experience, we chose not to hire Treeium for our master bathroom remodel.

Called the company and asked for estimate. Found salesman Oren Goldfarb, who visited our house, extremely warm, believable, trustworthy. Originally he gave us a lower estimate, $2700, but came back to say had to raise it to $3100. Despite being upset over the raise, we decided to just go ahead. Thereafter, they were extremely professional. Always available by phone, responsive, polite, ready to please. Yes, it cost more than some local guys could have done this, but they sent over 3 painters, finished the whole job in one morning. Then Oren came over to see if we were pleased. Since we have no idea how to judge such matters, we have to say we are satisfied. White house trim is white house trim. How would a bad job look? Anyway, we think it is fine. Oren was great, easy to work with, we'd call him again for other Treeium jobs. However, we still think $3100 for a job that took one morning is a bit high. Probably could have found local guy to do it cheaper, but Treeium was totally service oriented, no hassle, efficient, quality work.

The project manager was Sam Nasveldeer, from Treeium Eco Home Remodeling
He did an amazing job. Sam helped me pick materials and suggested great ideas for the construction. I never did any major construction before. It was, at times very stressful, because it was over the holidays but Sam assured me peace of mind when I needed it and he immediately handled any issues that needed attention. His construction crew's were very professional and very friendly. The people from the office of Treeium would call me and make sure I was happy with the work. Everything was done well, and my kitchen looks like something out of a magazine! Beautiful! My bathroom, which was in great need of a redo, looks amazing. I'm very happy and pleased with results. Hopefully in the future, if I can find more $$$, I will use the services again of Sam Nasveldeer through Treeium Eco Home Remodeling. I found Treeium and another mold remediation company on HomeAdvisor.com. Got quotes from both. The other company came in at $1,600 with a 10 year warranty but I really did not feel comfortable with them. Treeium did mold testing which showed severe infestation. So, even with a quote of $4,224 signed a contract with Treeium's representative, Maor (Adam). They created a big plastic tent for containment, demoed even more of the living room wall than the plumber had and made a lot of noise scraping studs and the green board that backed the tile in the shower. At one point, I pointed out that, due to the vigorous scraping, they had chipped a tile in the shower.
