I heard of New Age Construction while listening to the Doug McIntyre radio show on 790 KABC. What caught my attention was the mention of the quality of work and that construction was completed as scheduled. This is exactly what I experienced when I decided to have my bathroom remodeled. It needed a serious update. The men that work for this company were punctual, and worked the entire time they were here. On a few occasions they even wanted to stay late to finish their tasks. I found this very respectful. The guys covered the carpet and put up protective sheets to help keep the rest of my house clean. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend New Age Construction.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Josh. As a first time renovator he helped complete the process with grace & ease. Finding a good contractor is half the battle. I highly recommend New Age Construction. Josh & his team are professional and always willing to get it right to please his clients. I’m so happy with my bathrooms, it’s hard to get out of the shower.

My husband and I decided we wanted to remodel our Master Bathroom. We searched angies list, found 3 contractors, one of which was New Age Construction and Remodeling. All three were good, but what stood out about New Age Construction was that Ishai, the owner, supervised the work himself, as promised. He made his daily stops to make sure he can assist us if we had any questions or concerns. The other contractors were salespeople representing the company. Lastly, what my husband and I realized was that all the workers knew each other, the plumber knew the electrician, and the tile guys and so on, and it felt like one big family. That made us feel very comfortable. Overall we are VERY please with the work and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get work done in their home.

New Age Construction And Remodeling are truly experts in what they do. From the start, Ishai and his team did everything possible to make sure I was happy. Their work far surpassed all of my expectations and all of their work was of extremely high quality. I will definitely call them again when I am ready to do more work and highly recommend them to anyone that needs any remodeling work done.

I needed to reinvent a bathroom that was stuck in 1980 so I naturally called the same contractor I had used three years prior. Ishai Josh Grimberg from New Age Construction & Remodeling is someone who easily understands your vision and is straightforward in presenting options that shape ideas into solutions. The entire bathroom was gutted since the configuration was outdated with the sink actually positioned in the bedroom. We changed the structure so everything you’d expect to find inside a bathroom was indeed inside which left room to construct a floor-to-ceiling linen closet adjacent to the bathroom, where the original sink was located. Gio, the cabinet maker did a terrific job building the cabinet using a picture I had torn from a magazine in addition to some details he gleaned from our conversation. The result is stunning. This built-in cabinet looks like it was always meant to be in the space and was crafted well beyond my expectations. The bathroom is striking as well; especially the tilework which is really the focal point of the room. I selected very light, almost white large tiles for inside the shower and surrounding walls. The tile was placed in such a way that it almost looks like a continuous piece without seams. I happened to be at home during part of the tile laying process so I witnessed how meticulous that Raul was with this work. He really did an awesome job. The craftspeople that Ishai works with are obviously talented and experts in their field which is just as important as selecting a contractor. I also had New Age Construction create a new exterior window in my family room. This would seem a rather simple job however the two existing windows I was trying to match were located very close to the ceiling making it difficult to install the correct header to satisfy code. Ishai and team were able to resolve this using some creative engineering ideas. He received clearance from a city inspector before pursuing the concept which gave me assurance this was a solid plan. I’d say the best part of working with New Age Construction is that the engagement is a process made up of many steps that all fit together really well in the end. I think sometimes as a homeowner it can be a challenge to remember this during the renovation but Ishai Josh does a good job reassuring and providing status. I find working with Ishai Josh a good experience as he is flexible, listens well and is trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with Josh and his personal attention to details when I had my master bathroom remodeled. He made sure I was happy with everything done. I was new to remodeling, so was glad when he showed me the places to go for the fixtures, tiles, etc. He was there with me the whole way, making it very easy for me. When he finished that bathroom, I had him remodel my other bathroom and my kitchen. I get many compliments on how wonderful my kitchen looks and the bathrooms too! This is a family owned company and they make sure their clients are happy. I will be using them for any future remodeling jobs I have.

Excellent. Josh and his subs were professional, clean and experts at their craft. The bathroom is beautiful and I continually get comments when guests visit our home. Josh was here every day and could always be reached. This company is very warm and caring about their work, your house and us. I always felt respected and cared about. The job was completed one week early which was very important as we were having a baby shower at our house for my son and daughter-in-law and fifty of their most favorite people

Excellent. The bathroom was completed one week earlier than quoted and it is elegant. New age is professional and courteous. Josh was a pleasure to work with came to the job two (2) to three (3) times per week. He is very personable and Is always available if you needed anything. All his workers arrived on time and cleaned up before they left each day. They did a beautiful job. He did a couple of extra things I had asked for at no charge Replaced a window, repaired the bathroom door. It looked brand new when they finished I will be using NewAge Construction and Remodeling for all my future projects i.e. (bathroom, kitchen, interior paint and exterior paint. They were worth every penny. There were not any issues with this project

The crew was very accommodating with our schedule and worked quickly. They paid great attention to detail and came in right on budget, no surprises. I love the way the kitchen turned out. When we are ready to do our next project, I will definitely use Josh again.

Josh and his crew has now remodeled our bathroom and completed another project replacing our roof. When I first met Josh he immediately "recognized" our old (built 1942) small bathroom layout and even had photos of a nearly identical bathroom remodel! Josh's photos with a glass enclosed shower and full bath showed us what was possible. He warned us about possible issues with water damage, thick concrete, and other plumbing issues that could be unearthed upon demolition and so it wasn't a surprise when we incurred some additional costs. Loved Josh's introduction to local suppliers to choose tile, fixtures and the counter slab. He really made it easy with all the design choices we made. His crew of plumbers, tile installers and electricians as well as his cabinet maker were great to work with and professional. It took 6 weeks, a week longer due to the unexpected issues unearthed during demolition and a slight delay in tile delivery. Josh also did some work without charging us, which was, needless to say, thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Should mention he worked with ease with 3 family owners (one flying in from NYC), each having input. Having no remodel experience, we learned with Josh we could relax, proceed step by step rather than getting ahead of ourselves because the crew was responsive and we could see they cared about what we wanted and they took pride in their work. So when we needed a new roof, we hired Josh.

Josh Grimberg, who oversees projects for New Age Construction, was professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. He was on-site on a regular basis, and when he was away I could always reach him via text and email and get an immediate response. With a daunting home remodeling project as ours, there were many challenges, but Josh responded to each one and helped us find the best solution. He put us in contact with a great interior design specialist, Anna Rosemann, and the two of them personally helped us select fixtures, flooring, tile, and appliances.

Could not be more satisfied with the quality of work preformed by Josh and crew. Job was completed on time and on budget.

I was impressed Josh called within 1-2 hours offering to set up a time to come out to see the bathrooms and kitchen that I was interested in remodeling. Within a day or two, Josh was here to discuss the projects and showed me before and after pictures of projects similar to mine. He gave me ideas but indicated that I would be the person living with the remodel and he would do whatever I selected. Josh even named showrooms in the area that I could visit for ideas. This was very helpful. There was no pressure to purchase from these places. The proposal was very competitive and detailed as to what was included. If there was anything found that was unexpected, Josh indicated that he would explain the situation and discuss any additional charges with me. There was a wiring situation in the kitchen that was not anticipated and Josh contacted me to discuss it. The additional charges were very fair and I approved them. The rest of the project proceeded without any surprises and the payment was exactly as stated on the proposal. I am very happy with my remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Josh was here periodically to make sure the work was being done to his high standards. He did spot a couple of things that he felt needed additional attention and had it corrected. One of the items I did not notice until he pointed it out. The different workers were professional, pleasant to work with and respectful. I previously had other projects done and this was the best experience I have had with a contractor. Josh was very responsive when I had questions or changed my mind on something. I would not hesitate to call Josh again if I have another project. It is refreshing to have a contractor you can trust.
