"Build UR Dream Builders was an integral part our family campground building project. Their work was professional and timely. Every detail was carefully thought-out and completed with excellence. Our guests frequently tell us that they have never seen a campground built with such care and quality. As a nonprofit ministry, we appreciated Build UR Dream Builders understanding of our vision. They helped us build a community space which will stand the test of time. I would not hesitate to hire Build UR Dream Builders for any future projects."

"Roger, Roberto & team were excellent. Of the 8 different contractors I spoke with, Roger had the most innovative way to accomplish what I wanted to get done, without trying to push any upsells and be cognizant of cost (we just bought the place so budget is obviously important). The team arrived promptly on Tuesday, and by mid day Wednesday were cleaning up after a job well done. I'm not a builder myself, but am fortunate enough to have been exposed to what quality work is...This is quality. Most builders don't want to do the small gigs, but guess what, this is how you win business. We are looking forward to having the team back to do our master bath in 2021!"

"We hired EA Home Builders to renovate our guest bathroom - and they did a great job for us. The two gentlemen they hired for our job were skilled professionals. They said it would take about a week and it did these guys showed up on time every morning and worked all day (with a half hour break for lunch). And at the end of each day, they meticulously cleaned up the inevitable mess of the day. Without a doubt I would use EA Home Builders again for our next project."

"Had a bit of an emergency in my house. I guess due to wear and tear our ceiling joist in the garage cracked and broke in half. We started off by foxing the joist but soon remodeled the whole garage. The team at DynamicZ Construction replaced the other joists, redid the flooring, and turned the garage into a usable living area."

"Ofer recently finished remodeling our house including kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, and garage. Simply put, amazing work from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with and walked us through every part of the project to ensure we fully understood each aspect of the work. The entire team was professional, punctual, and thorough with excellent attention to detail. We had a limited timeline and they made sure the work was completed quickly and as scheduled. Even the neighbors were impressed by their punctuality and discipline! We have a lovely home thanks to Ofer and his team. Thank you for an excellent job!"

Garages questions, answered by experts

If push comes to shove, and you need to manually open your garage door, then you should be able to do so. To manually open your garage door, first, make sure that the door is in the down position. You’ll need to unlock your garage door opener’s emergency release mechanism, which is typically a red robe that you can find on the carriage. Once you’ve pulled the cord, you can manually lower the door.

If your garage door is stuck in an open position, consider contacting a professional to safely release the opener.

When you’re painting a garage floor, it’s best to use a combination of rollers and brushes. You’ll want to start with a brush, making a border around the edges where the floor meets the wall. From there you can use a roller, though some people also like to do the entire first coat with a brush because it’s easier to work the paint into the textured concrete.

There are many signs that your garage door needs to be replaced, including: Visual signs of wear and tear Garage is slow to open and close or won’t open or close at all Jerky motions while operating Loose tracks or broken or worn rollers Uneven garage door when open or closed Sagging garage door Noisy operation even after lubricating the moving parts Broken or loose cords Higher energy bills, which could mean poor sealing or insulation

Regular checks of structural elements, weatherproofing, and energy systems.

The most common garage door material is aluminum, but the best material for you depends on your budget and location. Wood is the most expensive to repair but tends to add the most curb appeal, while fiberglass or composite doors cost less to fix.

Aluminum won’t rust, so it’s a great option if you live somewhere humid or rainy. Steel doors are durable but are prone to rust. If you live somewhere with extreme temperatures, hot or cold, you might opt for fiberglass, which won’t split if the temperatures skyrocket or drop below freezing.
