We expanded the existing footprint by more than double and also added a detached garage. S&L was the absolute best! We bought the house in February but were not able to complete the drawings/permit process until a whopping 7 months later-- by which time a substantial amount of our resources were used up by paying rent + mortgage+ storage. Everyone he has on his team was courteous, responsible, and just very good at what they do. the craftsmanship that went into our house was much better than many of the new construction track homes we have seen.
