Broken promises: Ron (the owner) assured us of a final walkthrough and professional renderings of the paint job?neither ever happened. Poor workmanship: Chipped paint, bubbling stucco after only two weeks, and surfaces left unsanded or unprepped. See attached pictures. Untrained crew: Despite promising professionals, the workers clearly lacked experience. They were unaware of the contract details, arrived without proper tools, and even borrowed ours.
