A few things that I appreciated from Mr. Long was his professionalism an understanding to my needs as a homeowner. He called and texted before he arrived with an ETA. He ran into a bit of traffic so he texted stating he would be 10 minutes late. When he arrived he was very friendly and he introduced me to his associate.
