"Joe showed up on a Sunday morning after church (good sign, in my opinion) on his way to family brunch to take a look at my several projects.  He promised me a price by the following morning, which he was prompt and on-time.  Based off of his estimate, we decided to do everything in one shot, which I am glad we did.  The project lasted 3 days, and after every single day, you could not have been able to tell that he was even there - he cleaned everything up, including washing down our floors, vaccuuming up the dust, dirt, etc.  We had a recessed celing in our kitchen that we were adamant about lowering to match the rest of the ceiling - Joe recommended he re-do the recessed ceiling in a new style that he has done in several houses as of late, and we couldn't be happier.  I was amazed to see how his work so closely resembled the texture on the existing walls - and on top of it all - you are not going to find a nicer guy. "It went fine. It was for eight hours of work and they charged four hours of their time for it. It didn't take that long but I still got a good deal out of it because it's a fixed amount of time. It was a good thing. They worked really good. I bought the part for him and he put in the system and it came out good. They brought two guys. They worked very efficiently. I didn't have them sit for eight hours. I go my money's worth out of the deal. It was a retro fit and they have this limited crawlspace."
