Super Shooters team did a great job giving us a new ceiling in our older home. The texture looks great and the additional wall repairs we needed also look great and were done at a very reasonable price. Thanks Frank and Team!

Super Shooters was great to work with from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and did great work. They also cleaned up afterwards. It's always great to find a company to work with that makes life easier. Would definitely hire again.

If you're reading this, it's likely that you need popcorn ceiling removed, and you should probably just do yourself a favor and hire the Super Shooters. Keith, Frank, and team were responsive, friendly, and punctual, and most importantly, they did beautiful work on our home. We had popcorn ceiling removed throughout our entire 1900 sq foot house and it took them 2 days to remove, retexture, prime, and paint. The difference in our home is just gorgeous, and you would never know (besides the new gorgeous ceilings) that they were there. No mess left behind, and all fixtures returned. You can decide to prime and paint yourself if you prefer not to pay for that extra service, but the headache and effort it saved my husband and I (who are trying to do things as affordably as possible) was completely worth it. Thank you, Super Shooters!

Keith and the Super Shooters are the best home professionals we’ve worked with since moving into our new home a few months ago. The project was removal of popcorn ceiling (no asbestos remediation needed, thankfully) and retexturing of ceiling throughout the house. He demonstrated excellent customer service from start to finish. Every text or phone call, if not immediately answered, was promptly returned. He was flexible and amenable to our questions and requests. He gave great advice on the selection of texture type for the ceiling. When we asked to do the painting ourselves to save money, he didn’t balk, but instead gave us a realistic assessment of the difficulty of the project, and instructions on how to be successful. They helped us prep for the painting by leaving the dropcloths in place and the light fixtures/vents off the ceiling, but then returned to replace the fixtures when we found ourselves unable to figure out how to do it. His staff showed up on the right day and time and finished the job on time and on budget. The wall-ceiling junction is definitely imperfect (chipping of drywall) but I think that’s unavoidable with popcorn ceiling removal, and we plan to cover it with crown moulding. They accepted payment only after they were finished and we had done a walk-through to review the work. I only wish that they could do all our home remodeling projects!

The end result looked great. Getting scheduled, details about the process, and punctuality were not as smooth. Plus, I had a drapery issue after they rehung the drapery for me. Not sure if it was their screws or the ones originally used (existing drapes with purchased home last year), but the whole thing pulled out of the wall a month later. It may have been originally installed that way, but am now having a service do repair / replacement.

Keith was great when he came out to do estimate. He calculated (very accurately!) the square footage of each room & hallway in his head and we were very pleased with the price. Our house was built after 1978 so there was no need to worry about asbestos. We booked the service for two weeks later and Brandon & Frank did a fantastic job. The whole thing was done in one day and we were pleased with how little clean up there was afterwards.

Everything went fine, but once the paint dried we realized we needed a second coat of paint. You could see some swirls of paint that stood out. We contacted the owner, Keith Martin, and within a couple of days he came out and looked at the ceiling and agreed with us. Within two days he had our ceiling painted again and it turned out perfect. Very nice and pleasant people to work with.

From the initial inquiry to the end of the job, they were friendly and professional. I never actually met any of them. I did the contract via telephone and then email. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled workday. My wife met them at our place and gave them a key. The Super Shooters team came and went for 3 days while they were doing the job. My wife met them at the condo on the third day and inspected the place, got our key, and wrote a check. All of it was as easy as it can get...except writing the check (but it was a fair price for sure considering what was involved)! Now that we have the "new" ceilings painted, they look just like the walls. Unless I told you that there had been a “popcorn” ceiling removed, you would never know. The work was that good. I am a super happy customer. The Super Shooters crew did an excellent job and the entire process was a lot easier than I had imagined. I highly, highly recommend Super Shooters. NOTE: My condo was mostly empty of furniture and nobody was occupying it when this work was done. Removing ceilings that contain asbestos is a major undertaking. They needed to set up a decontamination shower and seal off each room. If you are living in a dwelling while this work is going on, it's not going to be completely painless. That said, I am very pleased with the company, the work that they did, and the fact that our condo no longer has "popcorn" ceilings.

The service was quick and professional. Frank was very knowledgable and even though he said that the patch would by slightly noticeable - I can't even tell it was repaired. He did a great job taping and blending in the texturing. I will definitely use them again.

It well very well. They protected everything with plastic sheets so it was clean when job was done. It did not take very long - just a few hours. Very courteous employee. Amazing job.

Needed my living room, kitchen and ceilings retextured from poor treatment by previous owners. Not the cheapest quote I received but I am more than happy with the quality of work.

Everything went very well.  We needed some help ASAP as a portion of our ceiling collapsed and our living room was a huge mess.  Even though Keith was busy that day (we called in desperation for anyone to come and give us a quote) he was able to send one of his guys (Thanks CJ!) over that same day to give us a quote.  We ended up going with Super Shooters because their price was so competitive.  Overall they did a great job and we are really happy with them.  We will definitely hire them again!  Thanks Keith and your entire time.  We are happy customers and no more hole in our ceiling!!!  Yay!

Went fine.  Keith did it for half the price of the other guy who quoted, who was on a hard sell to completely re-skin several rooms.  Keith realized the walls were a type of plaster instead of drywall, and would need slow-drying mud.  He diagnosed the cracks as somebody using some kind of pre-drywall plaster panels. It was a 1950s-era hack that didn't really work.  The walls were cracking along each panel.  They had obviously been fixed and recracked multiple times.
The ceilings with large numbers of ex-can-lights are smooth as can be.  Everything else was done efficiently.  They addressed the living room with the slow-drying mud, but we got bubbles in several other places after they left.  Keith said he should have remembered the old stuff might pull off when it got wet with new mud, so he redid a lot of that room at cost only to make it perfect.  He warned me the dining room was going to be a problem and had about 50% chance of not working.  Yeah, it didn't.  He suggested giving up on being the Nth person to try to fix the original misguided job.  So he put quarter-inch drywall over it.  Not wonderful but I can see that is a better (or at least much cheaper) solution than pulling everything off and redoing from bare walls.  And I can see the modern drywall is a known, predictable quantity that should not lead to cracks down all the walls in a few years.
