"Divine Tile and Stone was VERY professional, friendly and hard-working.  They told us what would happen and when, and they kept to that schedule. They were punctual every day.  They put up plastic sheeting to protect the rest of the house from any dust.  They kept to the job time frame  and price as provided in their estimate  In fact, they finished a bit early.
The stairs were an usual shape and rather steep, and I was concerned.  However, the finished product is beautiful and solid.  All the floors are beautiful and I'm VERY pleased with their work.   They cleaned up every bit of their work as well as all the packaging material.  I highly recommend Divine Tile and Stone.  I plan on using them again when I install the backsplash in my kitchen.

"I've been working very long hours for the last few years and my housework has suffered badly from it - it was getting downright depressing to have all that dirt accumulating and not be able to get to it.  Since I work from my home office, I was faced with that depressing grunge all day every day. Cumex Cleaning Service showed up ready to impress me and I was definitely impressed. They cleaned from top to bottom - I don't think they missed a spec of dust. They worked quickly and efficiently and were as professional and kind and pleasant with each other as they were with me - it was a pleasure to have them here.  They took special care with my fragile knick-knacks, and were relentless scrubbing the dirty floors and skirting and the 1950's tile and grout in the kitchen counters and bathroom floor. They washed down cupboards and window sills and even got to the inside of the microwave. They did an amazing job with the carpet - not a stain remains and that was beyond expectation!  It will be easy to recommend them, and I have already done so. Thank you, JC and team, I'm glad to know who I can count on in the future, and I wish you much success in building your business - you deserve it."

"Ron was terrific. The tile looks great and they repaired my kitchen floor tile with a tile left over from the initial installation. They even did the entryway tile that was not in the original estimate."

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

For grout on your floors, you can keep it clean by mopping and sweeping regularly, placing floor mats or rugs in high-traffic areas (or areas more prone to spills, like the kitchen), and removing your shoes before coming into the house. For grout on wall tile, make sure you’re cleaning regularly with baking soda, vinegar, lemon juice, or a store-bought cleaner. Consider sealing your grout, too.

While the above methods will help you remove paint from tiles, you may need to take a different approach to get rid of grout haze. If you’ve recently applied the grout, you may be able to wipe it off with a wet cloth. Otherwise, you can try removing it with a rubber grout float, spraying it with a mixture of four parts water to one part vinegar, or using a store-bought grout haze remover.

To prepare a floor for a steam mop, it’s essential to vacuum or sweep the floor thoroughly to remove dirt, dust, pet hair, and other debris. Skipping this step can lead to streaky results and may cause you to simply spread grime instead of removing it. Worse, hard debris can scratch or damage delicate floors like hardwood or laminate. Proper prep helps ensure a truly clean and protected surface.

Clean with mild detergents, reseal grout as needed, and avoid dropping heavy objects on tiles.

The white stains you see on your bricks are likely efflorescence, which is salt and lime buildup. To remove efflorescence stains, simply brush them away with a stiff brush. For larger, more stubborn stains, scrub the stains with a water-detergent solution.
