As a builder I have used Samuel on 7 projects now from cheaper homes in natomas to high end homes in Arden park and portals valley. His attention to detail, punctuality, and fair pricing keeps me using him even if i have to wait a few weeks. He has installed marble, high end porcelain and ceramic tiles and does a fantastic job every time. I have never had a sub contractor as clean as Samuel, he leaves the home immaculate.
