"I do not usually give bad reviews but greenway was very poor with their service and was way overpriced. I hired Greenway for a side yard work. The job was to install two sets of steps with stones and install ground covers and optimize the existing irrigation at my home. There were two medium-sized pine trees that I wanted to be removed. The quote they gave had over $2500 just to cut the two trees leaving the stumps behind. I requested them to take that item off the request. I could have this done for less than $400 with another company. In hindsight I should have backed off and not allowed them to work on my yard at all. That was a clue to how overpriced they were. However, we decided to give them a chance. They finished the work fast, but had to redo the steps with stone because the steps started coming off within 2 days Initially they had this done by a subcontractor. Greenway redid it because it was that bad and unsafe to walk on. The rest of the work was mediocre at best, and way overpriced for what they did. I just want to share my experience so that others do not fall for the 30years of experience that this company boasts. I have to say that the owners and the workers were very professional and friendly throughout the project which earns them 3 stars."

"My experience with Brothers was outstanding. Luis came over, gave me a bid, zero pressure, just let him know when I was ready. So I called him back, and he and his guys were over that afternoon. Luis left his workers, Leonardo and Gabriel and told me that they wouldn't leave until I was happy...I was thrilled, good guys who did a great job! "I did not hire Lawrence for the job. Lawrence quoted me for the 3 part project involving flooring, lighting and plumbing. He showed up at my place to provide an estimate more than 2 hours late and gave DMV appointment as an excuse. That seemed fishy at first because it was after hours. I decided to look past it. He wanted 50% down-payment for the job. When I tried to pay him using PayPal, Google pay, square, etc I kept getting a message saying the business is not accepting payments. He wanted me to pay his mother's PayPal and I refused. We agreed that I will pay him the next day before he starts the job. He didn't show up on the next day either, stating car dealership appointment as an excuse. That's when I decided to call it off. He then started sending me a $100 bill for providing me a quote. Absurd!!. Obviously, I refused. I am hoping I will never hear from him."
