"CHIMNEY WAS CLEANED AND INSPECTED. SERVICEMAN SHOWED UP LATE. PERFORMED ABOVE SERVICE AND RELATED WE NEEDED REPAIR WORK BUT NO INFO WAS LEFT. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE FOR INFO ON THE REPAIR AND ASKED FOR AN INVOICE THE INVOICE STATED ALL WAS OK.
