We had used Marvin before but never checked his measurements. Marvin went over to do an estimate for my fathers fence. He provided an estimate that seemed a bit off on linear feet. We went there with laser measure and found that he quoted for about 30% more fencing. We confronted him about it and in one way or another he admitted it and just said its the way it is sometimes. Whatever that means. I would highly recommend not using him or anyone he works with

Marvin who is the primary contractor of this unlicensed company has been someone I have worked with a few times on different projects and each time was an issue but not like the most recent time. Marvin recently did a large roof on my duplex which had rooftop AC units. He had his guys come in and basically do the roof in two days. Considering it was summer time I asked Marvin if we should check the roof by placing some water around the rooftop ACs flashing- he assured me there is nothing to worry about and that he warranties his work. About one year later the tenant from this building contacts me that its raining inside of her unit. I get in the attic and find that its coming from around the AC flashing. I took a video and sent it to Marvin. This dude bullxx me for two weeks. He is a professional liar and the lies just kept coming. First he would say his guys went to look then they did not, then it was two years ago, then it was how I paid him per day, just bullshit after bull

Marvin is very responsive, professional, and reliable. He came and completed my project when all the other roofers just blew me off. I was getting nervous with the rainy season fast approaching. Marvin is my white knight.

I had Marvin (MGD LLC) and his professionals install new laminate flooring in our entire 1400 square foot home. It was a daunting job as our home has many geometric challenges. Only two of the rooms are square. The rest of the rooms are many sided and rounded corners. They started at 8:00 AM on a Monday morning. I was sure it would take more than a week. But Marvin and his team proved me wrong. They completed the entire house by Thursday afternoon. They removed all the existing flooring and carpeting. Our home looks BRAND NEW with the beautiful laminate flooring. They did an INCREDIBLE job. Marvin went to every length to make the floor look unbelievable. He treated our home just like it was his own home. I estimate with the work they did added at least $50,000.00 to the value of our home. We had the work done because we were planning on selling our house. But now my wife loves it so much she does not want to leave. And I agree. If you need any flooring replaced do not look any farther. MGD LLC is the only company to have this done. If Angi had a TEN STAR rating it would be appropriate here for MGD LLC!!! Thanks Marvin.

I’m very pleased with the work! They removed trees from inside my fence line that were damaging my fence and the roof and exposed external rafters. Quick and efficient, great cleanup afterward, and at a very fair price!!!
