"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"Jeremiah, who has on the Sacramento end of my move was reliable, a great communicator and everything happened the way he said it would. Great, professional people in a shady industry. Likewise, the people who unloaded at the D.C. end were prompt, careful and professional. This industry generally cobbles together a bunch of sub constructorsâ everyone I dealt with was a real pro. My only negative comment is that is was expensive but thatâ s because it was a small move."
