The mistakes and time in between for her to submit corrections were so long there was no reason for it. When we were given so many excuses I contacted the city myself to get a true timeline and found that the corrections were issued by city and they were very basic items that any engineer should not have even had an issue with and weeks and over 2 months would go by that she did not respond to the corrections. When we reached out to Yakov to get resolution he brushed us off and said we had to handle it with the engineer. He did not always respond to calls.
