Small jobs welcome

"Adrian, Marco, and their team did a fantastic job. We had an old property that required the removal of a metal shed, chicken coop, the contents of the garage, a mold infested laundry room, debris on the outside, and the contents of a 3BD 2BA house, including all appliances. Fresh Start Removal Pros came out and gave us a very reasonable quote. A start date was selected. They were on time and ready to work. I will say they worked tirelessly for 3 days with a team of 3 to 4 strong guys. Adrian and Marco were very accommodating always checking to ensure that we were happy with the progress. They are very easy to work with. If you have a need for junk removal or demolition, I would Highly Recommend Fresh Start Removal Pros. They took a property that needed a lot of help, cleared it of all debris and truly gave us a Fresh Start."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Embarking on a kitchen demolition comes with its share of risks to keep in mind. Think of potential encounters with asbestos, sharp objects, and power tools—not to mention the peril of structures wobbling or unexpected plumbing surprises. And, of course, you will be surrounded by dust and debris throughout the process. All of the above makes safety gear necessary, or you can consider hiring a qualified professional.

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible

Lead removal services typically cost between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the extent of lead presence, the property size, and the complexity of the abatement process.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.

Government regulations such as the EPA and OSHA govern lead removal procedures to ensure health and environmental safety during and after abatement.
