"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"The bathroom feels like my personal retreat now. They swapped fixtures, re-tiled thoughtfully, and added clever storage solutions so clutter stays hidden. Their attention to grout lines and finishes shows pride in their work."

"Ask to work with Rafael, if you're in Seattle, he's a true professional. He takes pride in the relationship he builds with his customers and has a team that is meticulous and extremely fast. "I used their service all the time. He can do all of the carpentry works. The service went fine. He did a really good job and he was a good guy. I would rate them an A++ because they were really, really good."

"I was impressed with the fact that they actually came when they said they would.
I feel that I may have been able to get the job done more cheaply but I'm afraid the job I would get for a cheaper amount would be a cheaper job. I think they were dependable and the job was well done.
They did use nails on the deck which is OK but I would have liked screws better.

"They were amazing, customer service was the best I have ever seen, Gary was awesome and so was the crew, the price was awesome, the quality is top notch, it only took five days to complete all the work listed and thy were concerned with our approval every step of the way! They stand behind their work and their word, I would recommend them to everyone I know

"Excellent is an understatement when it comes to Smart Choice. Installers, Jim, Austin and Richard were professional in every way. From beginning to end we were made aware of what to expect and the steps involved. Their skill and expertise was unquestionable. The end result was two bathrooms with VERY outdated tub/shower and fixtures replaced with two new tub/shower and fixtures that looked like they belonged in a million dollar home.

If you are looking at a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend Smart Choice as your go to company. Customer service and satisfaction is their goal. I give them an A+++++. Thank you, Smart Choice."

"They took about 3 weeks to complete the job instead of 1 week. I have to call them just to push this project and to come along. I also think they didn't communicate very well in timely manner. I would not use them again. But I though the bathroom in then end was good. It's good except for one of the guys damaged the door frame in the bathroom it has a 9 inch cracked through the deeply in the wood. It was significant cracked and I reached out to them to fixed it and still they didn't fixed it. I also asked them for an estimate for the small kitchen work and the price was too high."
