The installers JORGE and ROBERT were both great. We were very pleased with how quietly they worked. We had a big issue with roots under the old shower with broken cement and a ton of dirt to clean up, which required a lot of extra work on their part. All of this was covered by our purchase price, of course. The shower was expensive but a 1 1/2 day installation and lifetime warranty are worth it. The shower is beautiful!"
