"We hired Tropical Breeze to complete a driveway replacement in July of 2023. Shortly after the driveway was completed and the final bill was paid, we noticed large unsightly dark spots all over the entire driveway. Some of the bigger spots measure over five feet long and three feet wide. We contacted JJ, the owner via text to explain the problem and attached plenty of photos. We also asked if he would return to the job site to look at the dark spots in person. He was very dismissive from the get-go and said there wasn?t much that could be done and to wait until the summer to see if the spots lightened up or go away. We waited the recommended time and the large unsightly dark spots did not go away. We reached out again via text explaining the problem did not improve and again asked to schedule a phone call to discuss. He was again very dismissive and unwilling to even discuss the problem let alone do anything about it. Do not use this contractor. "
