"I hired Steve to do an overall inspection of my mountain getaway that was built in the mid 60's. I was wanting assurance that I didn't have any impending serious issues that are even more difficult to monitor for and deal with as the property is not lived in full time. Steve came over for almost 4 hours and was happy to have me shadow him around as he inspected electrical, plumbing, roof, attic, etc. He educated me on a lot of things that are useful to a homeowner. He picked out small repairs that I could do myself and gave me very detailed instructions on how to do them and referenced appropriate supplies to get the jobs done correctly. He identified some projects in the landscaping arena that would help prevent with erosion. He identified a major faux pas that an installer made on a gable vent in my attic that needs to be tended to. He was also available via text in the week or so after the inspection to field specific questions from me as I was gathering up the supplies to do my DIY repairs. I am exceptionally pleased with the service he provided!"
