RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. "That was fine. It was cool. hey came and did the energy scan and they pitched their products which was way out of price range. It was good to find out where we had our little heat and chronic leak. They did it for the $39 big deal cost. The price was really good. If I needed another energy scan, I would use them in the future. I would consider them in the future. They're expensive for what they actually do but the energy scan was a really good deal."
