"Update; What began with a door repair back in June ended with me having Ozzie resurface the kitchen walls to smooth them out, paint them, replace the casings around the windows and doors, and also install a new kitchen sink. He then moved onto the den, where he smoothed out the walls and added texture to them, which he then painted. I decided to replace the existing tile and ran into an issue, but Ozzie was able to find the proper solution and complete the porcelain tile install. I am very satisfied with all the work he has done and would highly recommend him. This was for services completed back on 06/07/2022. He was the first person to reach out to me regarding fixing a pocket door in the kitchen. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was quick to determine what the problem was and made the necessary repairs. He is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with doing other repairs as well. I'm actually not as confident in the HOA contractor as I would be if Felipe did the work. He sounded like a very competent Handyman and his estimate was not outrageous."

"The workers did the repairs. I continually told them it needed to be strong and sturdy. They responded they understand. When the awning was attempted to be attached it pulled the fascia board away from the house. I contacted Kyle who finally came out to assess the problem to repair. (This was the first time I met Kyle) Once Kyle arrived he looked at the fascia board and told me it would never hold an awning. I explained I had told his workers and they seemed to understand. He then informed me they don't speak English. I said his workers should have called him if they thought they couldn't do the job to the satisfaction of the client. He then left and emailed me they could repair the fascia board for additional money. I then declined any further help from a company that doesn't stand by their work. I believe that if you don't personally see the job that needs completing that you should send workers that can communicate with the client so that there is no issue later."
