"I called them at around noon. They returned my call in few minutes and informed me they will come after they finished the 2 jobs the had that afternoon. They came around 45 minutes late because of the traffic around 6:00 pm. I am actually glad they came. They were very polite an professional and explained to me that previous repaired was not done correctly and the wrong kind of pipe was used. Metal residues or what looked like it were build up.. The cleared the clog and replaced the valve of the sewer outlet.. He explained to me the sewer outlet was very old and there were lots of derbies from deterioration residues.. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.
