"He went beyond what he was here for. He crawled under my house to make sure my toilet was not leaking. He took pictures of my other pipes under the house. Gave me some recommendations . Then proceeded to reset my toilet and seal it. He then cleaned up my bathroom floor. Very knowledgeable man"

"I have called on them several times. Always show up quickly and on time. They have installed a water heater in my new home. New fancy faucets in my old home and they put in a toilet. "Attaboy is a very professional company, They sent reminders up until the time of the appointment, and the office called 15 minutes before they got here to repair my water heater. Hunter that came out to the house knew what he was doing and was very quick and clean and did an incredibly good job. The price he quoted was reasonable to do the repairs."

Even though they’re modern-looking, easier to clean, can be hung at any height, and help save space compared to traditional toilets, wall-hung toilets have some downsides. They’re more expensive than standard toilets, sometimes by a few hundred dollars. They’re also difficult to install and may require major plumbing work to reroute the drain if the previous toilet was a floor-mount model.

Basement toilets don’t always need a pump. However, it is the most common setup because plumbing systems use gravity to move waste away from the home. Basement toilets often sit below the home’s main sewage system, and installing a sewage ejector pump pushes the wastewater and sewage up to the main sewer line. Alternatively, you can use an upflush or macerator toilet that breaks down the waste and pushes it straight to the main sewer line rather than via a sewer line from the bathroom.

You can tell if your toilet fill valve is full by removing the lid and taking a look. When you flush the toilet, the float is at the bottom of the tank, the water empties, and the fill valve opens. The float rises to the top as the tank fills again with water. When the float rises to the right level, the fill valve closes; if the valve is too high, your toilet may only partially flush, requiring you to adjust the float. 

The normal water level in a toilet bowl is about halfway full. The water should sit above the P trap drain because this creates a seal and suction. When you flush the toilet, the suction keeps sewer gases from entering your house through your toilet. Anytime the water level is higher or lower than half full, you need to make adjustments or replace broken parts.
