The new guy discovered that it was almost empty of refrigerant. He tightened a valve which he suspected of leaking. I am still not sure how we got from completely fine to empty. The second and I think more senior tech took the time to check out the entire system. They were quick to respond and eventually fixed it. Thought price was high at almost $1,000 for both visits.They were professional and communicative."
