Fine Builders IncI've been planning to write a review for a little while now I am happy I finally got to it. I decided to go with Fine Builders back in November for multiple reasons. From our initial meeting I could tell that Nir is a genuine person that really cares about his clients and he do all he can to make sure that the work will come out perfect and without any problem. Since I wasn't too familiar with construction projects, it was extremely important to go with a good company. Fine builders is exactly what I needed, timely, honest, informative and hard working. I did a few projects at the house, I expanded the kitchen and added a family room with a bathroom. I love the new kitchen and the spacious family room. It truly made a difference to my life style, I now actually enjoy cooking in the new kitchen. The process went smoothly because I knew I was in good hands with Nir. My project manager, Dave, came over to check on the job daily and Nir visit the house as well to make sure all of my questions were answered. Thank you Fine for our new upgraded home!- Melisa M.

Deome 2 Builders IncWe found these guys here on Angie's list, and contacted them to rebuild our old, worn out deck. They were prompt and professional, friendly and efficient. They were very helpful with guiding us in selecting from all the options available. We were pleased enough that we asked about residing our house. They again were great to work with and offered a fair price for the work, and helped with all the decisions. They did the entire house, which is some areas is actually three stories high. They were able to offer a great deal on new windows since they had everything off the exterior of the house and the windows were easy (relatively) to replace. We liked them enough to also hire them on to build us a covered porch. I am THRILLED with these completed projects! I dread any kind of remodeling, but these guys were again friendly and professional, easy to work with, and did a great job. The work is top notch and was fairly priced. DENNIS NESS CONSTRUCTIONI was very lucky to be referred to Dennis Ness as a licensed contractor. I had many bad experiences with previous contractors. He remodeled one house for me which sold at top dollar in 2007 and remodeled a second house I bought in 2017. He tiled and remodeled both bathrooms which needed updating. Dennis also tore out the carpeting and put in cherry wood flooring throughout the entire house, which completely changed and renewed the house appearance. The deck was completely falling apart and he suggested a poured concrete patio with new roofing and skylights. This patio gave me an outside area to eat and entertain company winter or summer. The most recent work he did was to paint the interior and exterior of the entire house with much more cheerful colors and replace all the old windows and sliding glass doors with energy efficient glass. What I have liked about Dennis Ness is he will take the time to discuss personal ideas, colors and lasting construction materials. He is a very fast, honest, money conscientious, and hardworking man.- Jeane s.

High Country ConstructionThe screened porch involved removing existing stucco, installing siding for new interior and exterior walls, knotty pine T&G ceiling, ceiling fan, outlets, switches, outdoor light, skylight and pet door. Loren (the contractor) was very helpful in making suggestions for design and used first-class materials. His workmen did a superior job; even the building inspector was impressed! The porch came out better than we envisioned. Loren and his workers are always professional and cordial, and cleaned up the work site each day before leaving.- Melody L.

JNR Home ImprovementsVery well. The sales rep was very nice. I actually went into the showroom and got to see a "3D" drawing of what my yard would look like. I thought that was a very nice touch. White Stone Construction IncWe wanted to have the Patio extended and Covered on our house. I did a lot of searching yellow pages internet and Angie?s List before we called White Stone Construction. When Dan arrived to take a look at the area and speak with us about what we wanted, he listened to us and what we wanted. He then explained in detail what can be done and what can't be done. He explained in detail why the Patio Cover could only be done a certain way. He was extremely knowledgeable courteous and professional. Dan and his crew arrived when he said they would be there as well as all building materials arrived on time as he said they would. The entire project from start to finish took 14 days as he said it would. They painted and primed all the building materials and cleaned up each day leaving the area free of clutter and garbage. If we ever need any work of this type again we will defiantly call him as well as recommend White Stone Construction to our friends.- Brenda K.

JVP Construction IncThis review is way overdue. Few weeks ago we hired JVP construction to install pergola in our back yard at the house. We decided to go with JVP construction not after the research that we did, talking to some of them and comparison with other patio businesses. None of the contractors that we spoke and met came even close to JVP construction. They were superior in their experience, quality of product, professionalism and pricing. Shawn, the owner, came twice, took measurements and recommended what he thought was the best solution based on his 15 year experience. That is right, 15 years installing doing construction and install/design patios and pergolas. The other companies we interviewed were represented by shady individuals who did not possess the experience and did not go in detail about the installation and measurements, but quoted 20-30 percent higher. On the other hand, Shawn even tried to save us some money, by suggesting we attach the pergola to the house. We still wanted a free standing one, even though the 2.5 foot footings are the most expensive part of the project. The material they used was alum wood, which ads a natural wood look, but has virtually no maintenance requirements. Overall we are extremely pleased with the product, installation and overall experience with this company. We recommend to anyone who might be interested.- Aurelia O.

JVP Construction IncI had a full surrounding fences replaced that was being pushed over and bent due to deteriorated fence posts and expansive soil from our neighboring lot. Overall, I was very satisfied with the solution quoted and from the final results of the new fences that were installed by Shay and his workers. My reason for the good review is:1. Shay came by promptly after being contacted to assess and discuss my fence issue. Shay provided a good practical solution to the issue and provided a cost proposal the same day. The quote was very descriptive and the pricing was fair and competitive.2. Shay worked with my schedule to get the work scheduled and completed.3. The crew made good progress to get the work completed and the product was of good quality.4. The crew did an excellent job restoring (as well as could be reasonably expected) the portions of backyard that were disrupted by the work.
