"I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. "The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!
