"The provider came by and looked at the job and wrote up an estimate. One week later the owner measured the openings and added the costs of new outside window trim to replace the old. The windows arrived about 3 weeks later. The two man installation crew were very professional and friendly. They arrived promptly. Installation took from 8am-about 4pm. Everything went smoothly and I love my new windows.

"I got excellent customer service and installation was included. Lari explained clearly about what the products are available and the quality of these products compared with other companies out there. They gave me a delivery date that was right on time. The shutter installer was very experienced with the installation and they were shipped and packaged with care. "The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."
