He monitored a number of areas around my home and in various places of crawl space for moisture levels. I was reassured when his monitor indicated within normal range. We then addressed seismic retrofitting procedure initiated by me for a potential future project. Leo explained what was involved and answered my questions thoroughly. I noted he is kind, attentive, excellent at clarifying procedures and rates.
