On the day of the appointment I received an early-morning text from Chris asking if we could reschedule because of the rain, which makes the rooftop job unsafe, and I happily accepted the new time. If parts they ordered are not up to their quality standards, Kris & Aaron find parts that match. Everything matches and looks beautiful. Even the retaining wall is gorgeous. When I wanted the tops of my gates to reflect my garage window shape, Aaron matched them beautifully. They look spectacular Natural Vibrations has one team. Because there are not separate teams with associated quality control issues, everything is always beautiful. I suspect they could do anything connected to construction.   Mark discussed the best solution for my leaking gutters. He was pleasant and patient in my discussions with him. The new gutters he replaced and downspouts installed looked great and matched the existing gutter work. He capped off the old downspout piping and painted the new gutter work.

  Great! My house is about 80 years old; I discovered that there was a leak from a (nearly) roof top patio down into the dining room below, Ben came and assessed the situation, and was very up front about the price being determined by what they might find after they pulled up the patio flooring, and unfortunately it was kind of a mess under there. Ben explained the process and pricing very clearly and set up the different crews for each layer of the the tear out and reinstall. They were great about working with my schedule and it got done pretty quickly especially for a multi step project. Everyone was very polite, cleaned up and carted away any debris after every layer and they were even very nice to my dog, (who can be a little annoying ) it looks good now and I am confident that the waterproofing is solid. Will definitely rehire them for for future projectsshow more

  My father had a heart attack and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and needed quadruple bypass. I hopped on a plane from San Francisco with my 2 kids and arrived at my parents house in NJ and I really couldn't get over the state of the house when I arrived. Clearly my father has been sick for quite some time and allowed the house to deteriorate. There was flooding water sitting on the foundation of the back of house due to lack of gutters, paint peeling off everywhere, and the front steps were missing bricks and a hazard to all that would walk up them. I did a quick google search and found Magnolia Home Remodeling and Vic came out the next day for a quote. Vic could not have been a more compassionate, accommodating, wonderful guy! He was so understanding and told me he would have the job done in 5 days and was true to his word. As soon as I gave him the green light and picked the color, the crew came in and completed the job before my dad got home from the hospital as promised. They did beautiful work and my mom, dad, and myself could not be more pleased with the outcome. Vic was superb to work with--I texted him all kind of questions and he got back to me in an instant and would pick up the phone every time I called. I highly recommend using Magnolia and we are actually going to get a few more things done to the house (windows. some cement patio/sidewalks and driveway) in a few months when things settle down with my dad and we look forward to seeing Vic and his great crew againshow more

  We live out of state and were searching for a roofer to replace my mother’s roof. We spent a significant amount of time online researching roofers, interviewing them over the phone, getting inspections, reading online reviews, and speaking with references. We came across all types and eliminated one after the next. Fortunately, we found Texas Engineered Roofing that stood out light years from the rest. We called the company inquiring whether they carried worker’s comp insurance and was provided with a packet that not only included certificates of insurance but also the owner’s credentials, certifications, recent jobs performed, accomplishments, and awards received. That in and of itself made this company stand out from all the others. Everything was so professionally and meticulously prepared, a sign of what was to come. We were very impressed with Brad’s (the owner) knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, honesty and thoroughness. Brad is extremely qualified; he is a professional engineer to boot. That educational knowledge gave us even more confidence in him. He came at the beginning of the job to inspect the interior of the attic to make sure nothing would be damaged while stapling and to locate where the attic fans should be installed. At the same time he detected other ducts that had to be replaced and completed that repair as well. He was very accommodating with scheduling our job and got the necessary permits in short order. The crew manager (Elias) was on the job from beginning to end. He too provided stellar customer service. He oversaw the project and made sure that quality workmanship was being produced. The crew were very skilled in their tasks, (there was even a dedicated person experienced in turrets) dependable, hardworking, and punctual. They worked in assembly line precision and were very pleasant to be around. The work area was properly prepped and cleaned each day. The job was finished in the agreed upon timeframe. There was no damage to the property or injuries on the job!! They were very easy to work with and immediately responded to any of our concerns. They clearly wanted to make sure that their workmanship warranty would never have to be used. and that the customer would be happy. They took great pride in delivering a top notch roof.
