"What a FABOULOUS experience! Jonathan the owner, was quick to respond and visited the site the first day we spoke to review the project and prepare the quote. The job was interior painting of a 2-story house with high (20â ceilings) and the installation of a built-in floor to ceiling bookcase. Jonathan was not just responsive and honest, but he always went the extra mile. He was quick to size up the project and provide recommendations on how to be cost effective without sacrificing the look of the finished project. They may not be the cheapest but they were very competitive and did high quality work. The entire crew was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Every employee was proficient and professional which stems from Jonathan himself. Jonathan was very accommodating, and very good at communicating. You will not find nicer or more conscientious people to work with. A special shout out to Brad who was the project leader. He and his crew were always in contact with the status of the project. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"It was fine, but the house has tall ceilings, and they couldn't reach everything that was up high because they were short and I didn't have a tall enough ladder.  I ended up doing a lot of the high-up dusting.

"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I Will definitely be using his services again, in fact I already have another job lined up for him.
