  • Simple-Visions Home Remodeling
This is the fourth time we’ve used Simple Visions. In the past they’ve replaced windows, replaced water damaged areas, added new lighting in the family room, and added security lighting around the outside of the house. This time, they removed a bath/shower insert in the master bath and built a beautiful walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. We are so very happy with the way it looks. Their work is always first class, the staff is always professional and respectful, and the charges were fair and reasonable. You should definitely consider using Simple Visions read less

I really wanted to refresh a few things in my house that started looking a little dated and faded, at first I thought not to do it as I was disappointed before with another company I worked with, this time it went extremely smooth, I like it when a company of this nature really completed successfully everything we have agreed on, I finally had a chance to work with a sales consulter that really knows what he was doing and the prices really made sense, I thank you for that, the house looks great, I appreciate it : read less

The installers called both days and gave me the appoximate time they would arrive., They were polite, considerate, and kept me informed of the progrees of the project. They put down floor protection and kept the mess to a minimum. They brought in their own vacuum to keep it clean. They patched the drywall but they do not do the finish work (texture and paint) but i understood that from the start. The window and door are reallly nice looking, good quality, as are the windows they installed in my house several years ago. I was also reminded that if i ever had any problems with my windows previously installed, they would take care of any failures. I will be giving this company my business again read less

All of Lee Roy's handyman work was completed to our satisfaction and within the time promised. The exterior stucco work and terrace paint job were well done. Our home exterior looks practically brand new now. All of the other jobs were in the home and the work was outstanding.

The experience was very pleasant. It was a 2-day job. Nine people showed up the first day and replaced the windows doors. The second day was final trim and stucco work.Color matched the stucco. Crew left the house quite clean Wife and I were impressed with the professionalism and courteousness.

The window replacement crew showed up promptly. At first I thought that 3 guys were not enough to do the job, but I was wrong. Those guys had a great plan on how to tackle each removal and replacement. We have a 2-story home and that was not a problem when they had to use the double ladder or go on the roof to access a window. It was a cloudy day with rain threatening, but it only sprinkled and did not deter the process. They started on the windows upstairs and then moved downstairs. The workers were polite, talked very little while working. They took their breaks and went back to work. I watched most of the work being done. I saw how they removed the old window and prepped the opening for new install. They sealed up the windows on inside and out. They use the window screen that keeps out the 'no see-ums insects'. When they were done, they showed me how to remove the screens when needed, and showed me how to remove the sliding window if I need to clean the outside. Prior to the install, the sales person that out to explain the company windows is no pressure. He simply explains the background of the company, and what customers can expect for installation. He did a test of our old window by putting a heat lamp next to it. We could feel the heat where we had to remove our hand because of how hot it got. He then showed us the difference with the new window. We did not feel the pressing heat only warmth. That was a seller for us. He took measurements on the windows we wanted to replace. We did not replace our sliding door or bathroom windows. The sales person looked at our sliding door and noticed that it was a newer window type than our other windows and suggested that we not replace it. I appreciated his honesty. There was a 2nd person who came out to re-measure the windows. His purpose was to make sure that correct size is built before installation. When the windows are done in the factory, the company office receives notification and then schedules the home installation. We have noticed a huge difference in the noise level. We live near a main street in a rural area where motorcycles drive by. With our old windows closed, we could still hear the loud mufflers. We had to turn the volume up on our TV. With the new windows, the noise is drowned out, and is very low in comparison, and no longer annoying. I don't hear a lot of the noise that we used to hear before new windows. We also noticed that heat stays longer when our woodstove is running or the cool is retained when the air conditioner is running. We are pleased with our new windows. It is now over 1 year, and I wanted to wait before writing this review to make sure how our new product is performing read less
