Joel helped me maintain a fire safe cleared area all around my home removing huge branches & limbs from trees that had to be climbed & cabled for safety. These are tree professionals. Actual experts not just tree trimmers. My property is a steep hillside. No problem. Most of my trees are 50 to 100 years old. Some I planted as a boy. I am 63. Everything was done safely & neatly with every tree cared for so each will thrive & live another 50 or 100 years. Joel even found a dove’s nest full of baby birds on a limb 40 feet up set to be cut & came down to ask me how to proceed. "He was doing great and doing extra things. I paid him 3,200.00 for materials and he said he ordered them in July they were supposed to be delivered 08/02/21. He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."
