They quickly and efficiently installed the awning in a couple of hours, placing the inside control switch and exterior connections exactly where we requested to facilitate our planned future electrical needs outside. The control lets us easily extend, retract, or stop the awning anywhere in between. From the day it was installed, it has performed flawlessly, and it continues to do so. We don’t extend it daily, but we do extend it most days. The extension and retractions motion is nearly silent; you have to listen closely to hear it.
