"I have worked with Skip Murphy on a purchase and a sale during the last few years have been consistently impressed by his honesty and integrity, his knowledge and skill as a real estate broker, his professionalism, and his ability to work with people and make things happen. The following thoughts about a recent listing and sale should help understand why I think so highly of Skip. I found him to be exceptionally skillful and professional throughout a long, drawn-out (multi-month) negotiation that could have and probably would have failed if he hadn’t been involved. During our search he provided excellent insights on many properties including their features and potential advantages and problems. He also helped us assess their value.
