Matt of Shasta Termite is a true professional and very, very good at what he does. He found dry rot that was internal and I looked and felt the wood that he stated that had dry rot and I was unable to see this. Only until I cut out the defective piece is when it was apparent. During the purchase of my house almost three years ago, the real estate agent mentioned that if I ever need someone to do repairs or other type of work, Matt is the one to call. I really appreciate his work ethic and honesty; something that is sorely lacking in the contracting business.

He performed a very detailed inspection. He gave us price quiotes on site for approximate cost of repair. He was excellent.
