I had been looking for a house for about two years and they hung in with me for that time. They showed me houses when I was interested. I would alternatively go from being incredibly depressed, thinking that I?m never going to find anything that I can afford in a neighborhood that I wanted, to coming back and continuing with my search. I would take time off from looking in the interim period. They were very helpful, patient and understanding. I didn?t pay anything for their services because the seller paid them. There were times when I wanted them and they were not quite available. Ultimately, everything just went fine.
