"Company came out and inspected my roof and tried to sell me a whole new roof when all I wanted is a fix for a water leak. I asked how much it would cost and he quoted me $41,000. I told him that was too much and all I wanted was a repair. He refused to give me a quote for a repair. I can only assume that the only reason the person came out was to try to turn a little job into a big and with no intention at all to address my concerns with my roof."
