The contractor (Andrew) communicated with us daily confirming work of crews and updates of progress. He ensured that protective drop cloths were used (daily before work and collected after work) along with daily cleanup - not easy, especially on a second floor project. I felt like he was very trustworthy, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other companies. I was told Charlie was going to be a Project Manager. Charlie made everything go smoothly, always listened to any special requests I had and was eager to make sure it was done the way that I wanted. Believe me, I am very picky.
