Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. "Project: Repair and partially replace stucco surface of small retaining wall. Phil met with me and we discussed how to treat a short retaining wall that was losing the stucco surface after about 4 years since it was originally plastered. The wall was alowing water seepage to come thru the concrete block and lifting the original stucco finish off. Phil suggested a repair , consisting of first scraping all loose stucco off the wall and then applying an adhesive type undercoat followed by a total restucco of the wall. It was done very professionally , minimal debris, 2-day process , and it looks great. Now I just have to see how it holds up over the next 4-5 years . Highly recommend PG Plastering."

It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."
