Maria did all the paperwork for building permits with the county and with our HOA. They laid concrete, put in artificial turf, border areas for planting, a water feature, put in electricity for overhead lights, and a raised, decorative herb garden/bed. They planted tons of plants for us, including trees, shrubs, climbing roses and ground roses and lots of bedding plants. All have flourished. They also extended our fencing and placed a gate in our existing fence to 'join' our front and back yard areas. Our dog chewed up some of our underground irrigation/pipes which was obviously not Montesino's fault but they replaced it free of charge.
