His extensive knowledge of construction/roofing from his many years of experience, is evident in how efficiently he does the job. I had Brian come out a few days ago to ensure that all skylights were properly secured and sealed, as I had a new roof installed. I now can sleep at night knowing they will not leak!!! "Beware, this guy is very unprofessional, rude, and is a scammer. He doesn't have a business card and won't give his last name. He refused to give an estimate for his work despite multiple requests. He and his assistant fixed a leak on the roof, some indoor ceiling damage, and re-cemented a few bricks outside. Then he argued loudly for an unreasonably high price before leaving for the day. I gave him less than he asked for, but more than he deserved, and he refused to come back to finish the job (paint touch up). I would not hire him again and do not recommend him. FYI his real name is Sherwin James Hines."
