When my water heater started leaking one day and flooded my garage, I initially called another plumber from Agnie's list. Unfortunately, he was booked and could not help me until the following Monday. He recommended Tavis at Paradise Plumbing. The only reason I chose the first plumber was because he had a lot of positive reviews for water heaters. Tavis has just started his business and had only a few reviews.
Tavis was able to come out first thing the next morning, assessed the problem and recommended the water heater be replaced. I knew I was going to need a new water heater, I had just been putting it off. Tavis picked up the new water heater and installed it in a couple of hours. Tavis spent time with me to ensure I understood what he was doing and answered all my questions.
The overall experience was less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend Tavis at Paradise Plumbing to my friends and family..
