"I had horrible tenants I just evicted that turned into SQUATTERS for months, destroying the rental and my finances. They trashed the place out so bad I needed help.. "Trevor took the time to come take a look at the job ahead of time, which allowed him to provide me with an estimate prior to scheduling the actual work.
