"I had horrible tenants I just evicted that turned into SQUATTERS for months, destroying the rental and my finances. They trashed the place out so bad I needed help.. "Trevor took the time to come take a look at the job ahead of time, which allowed him to provide me with an estimate prior to scheduling the actual work. He was on time and was an excellent communicator. He accomplished everything on my list with skill, cleaning up as he went! From hanging my large living room TV to installing a new kitchen faucet to building, painting and installing a second upper shelf in my walk in closet, Trevor did an excellent job!
