"Edgar helped us with our new bathroom conversion on the second floor. It was a big project. The quality of his work is impeccable. Zero issues. His integrity and work ethics are second to none. He gets the job done without us having to oversee all day. He is also great at keeping us updated with the job progress and advising us on issues. If you are looking for a great and honest plumber, Edgar is it. I would hire him without reservation."

Hi, I’m William Gharabekyan. Son of Varuzh Gharabekyan, the owner of our company. I graduated high school and wanted to shift my focus on plumbing and helping my fathers company out, to eventually retire him within the next few years. I want to expand our business and offer our skills to more people nearby. I want to eventually run our company and make it successful, but first I have to start with this. My father grew his company but did not know much English or tech skills to start doing stuff like this, so I am here to do that.

"They cleared up the problem & since it was on the disposal side of the sink & it wasn't working anyway, I had them take it out & just plumb it normally. I will not have to worry about a disposal ever again. I'm very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend them."

"Expert?s team painted my bathroom and replaced the toilet, it has made such a big difference. The new toilet works perfectly and the fresh paint completely changed the space, it feels brighter and almost like a brand new bathroom. I wasn?t sure what to expect at first, but I?m genuinely impressed. The guys were polite and efficient, they made the whole process easy for me."

Toilets questions, answered by experts

Some of the most common plumbing problems in mobile homes are frozen pipes, leaking pipes, clogged drains, and low pressure. Since the pipes in a mobile home aren’t as insulated as those in a standard build, they’re more susceptible to fluctuating temperatures and damage.

Whether wall-mounted or floor-mounted toilets are better comes down to personal preference.

Overall, standard floor-mount toilets are less expensive to purchase and install, but they don’t offer the streamlined, modern appearance and adjustable height of wall-hung toilets. Ease of cleaning should also be considered, as wall-hung toilets are easier to clean than standard models.

Yes, and no. Your shower, toilet, and sink all connect to the same main drain, but the secondary drains going from each fixture to the main drain are usually separate. This isn’t always the case—especially in older homes—but since toilets contain black water and showers, tubs, and sinks have grey water, toilets are more regulated and come at a greater risk of contamination. It’s best to keep these drains separate using individual waste collection for this reason.

To drain a broken toilet, place towels or plastic sheeting around the base in case of splashing or overflowing. Next, shut off the toilet’s water supply, usually via a valve on the wall behind the toilet. Begin flushing the handle to remove as much water as possible from the tank and the bowl. Don’t flush the toilet if it’s clogged, though. From there, use a large sponge to soak up any remaining water and wring it over a bucket.

After flushing the toilet, you should have about half a tank full of water. While the exact amount of water you’ll have will vary, you want to make sure you have enough to cover the bottom of the bowl and enough to sit above the P-trap drain. While low water in your toilet bowl can indicate a problem, too much water can also be cause for concern.
