"I would like to recognize employee Doug A at SafeStreet/ADT. We’ve had an old security system sitting in our house for over 15 years without service or functionality. He took the time to explain the differences between how the old systems work and how the new systems work. He was patient with us, and we are happy customers."

"Walter and Glen at Protect Your Home Group with ADT are the best people to talk to in terms of security alarm. Being a locksmith myself I know how important it is to deal with the right people. I referred a lot of customers to them and so far they are happy with their service. I myself got one for my house. Thank you for a consistent service and great deal."

"Great experience. My housekeeper usually enters through the garage using a keypad, then goes into the kitchen through an unlocked door. I was not home when she finished and she locked the door from the kitchen to the garage. I didn't have a key to that lock and the main (front) door had a chain on the inside so I couldn't enter through that door so I was locked out! I called A-1-A Preston's Lock and Key. I was told the worker would be at my home in about 1.5 hours. He arrived in less than an hour. He was quite friendly and did a great job."

"The guy that fixed my lock was very helpful"

"One of my keys had become worn and difficult to use, so I had it replaced. The new key was cut accurately and worked properly right away. The service was quick and fairly priced."

"I had a bit of trouble with my molding around the doors vs how the system was designed. The tech guy hung with me for 39 minutes until it was perfect. I called customer service a couple times after that with questions that came up. The customer service team are professional and knowledgeable."

"I wanted to improve the security of my home and received helpful locksmith service. The technician assessed the locks, completed the needed work carefully, and tested everything afterward. I appreciated the attention to detail and professional service."

"Job went great! Ishmael and his co-worker Jarnel literally carried our upright piano from its current spot, up two stairs, and down two stairs to it's new spot. Each time they put the piano down, they did it gently and with great care. No bumping or dropping! Would definitely hire them again for any heavy lifting."

"Excellent customer service.  Self-installed security system and called customer service a couple times -- very helpful.
