In our business, they keep changing what is wrong with the unit and coming up with temporary fixes, all the while charging us more and more."

"We hired Handyman Sam to paint the fascia around our house. He quickly found some rot, and recommended we get that repaired. He coordinated with a roofer to peel back part of our roof to replace some beams & fascia. They did a great job, and added some drip edges so water damage would not occur again. Then they painted, making sure we liked the samples first. All in all, a great job, lots of communication, done when he said it would be, and he treated his guys well. Definitely would recommend him. "
