I was not happy with the owners ability to interact and communicate what was actually going to be done. His workers were unable to communicate what they were going to do. They were not willing to clean up after themselves. I have not heard from the owner to ask if I was satisfied with the work. I never met the owner. He kept saying that I was **out of his way**

Turo Gutters responded and corrected the problem that occurred with their screen becoming unattached and lifted- up at the front end of the gutters. They also resealed the area which was leaking but was not part of their installation. I am very satisfied with Turo Gutters and the quality of their workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. Thank you Turro Gutters well done!

The team was very responsive. I met with Turo and a couple days later they were in the neighborhood finishing a different job when they texted me to ask if they could come by. I can't really speak to the value because I didn't comparison shop. We needed the work done right away.

We hired Turo for a large project including new aluminum gutters, soffit, facia and downspouts. We has him install Hardie board siding He also installed windows and a storm door. All of the work was done with top quality and within a reasonable timeframe. Turo owns the company and is on the job site 100% of the time. He uses the same crew and does not use subcontractors Great work at a fair price.

Turo and his guys came pretty quickly and did a good job installing gutter covers, some pieces of new gutter, and cleaning. However when I asked him to come back to add a new downspout in an area they should have noticed themselves, he strung me along for a while and then never showed up to complete the job.

He arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment. The gutters were cleaned and the debris was removed in record time. The cost for the work done was cheaper than anyone else I had contacted. I highly recommend Turo Gutters and will definitely use them again.

Very rude.tried to over power by talking loud. Did not do the work as promised. Over charged. Lied at times.would not recommend to anyone.

"Dear Mahesh, We had a written contract signed by you what jobs you were expecting. We did exactly what was expected on the contract. However, you asked us to do a favor (ended up three more favors for free of charge). We went extra mile and did everything you asked without charging extra. But, you asked another favor which was not within our area of expertise. I tried to explain to you but you became very upset and threatened to write a bad review. Also, we didn't over charge you at all. You said you received three quotes from different companies. You chose us because of our good price. We even lowered our price by 10% because of your request. In the future, you can not just expect people to do you favors for free (favor after favor). For that reason, we both sign a written contract before starting the job and work according to the contract. We (1) Repaired your roof for free, (2) Replaced your downspouts for free, (3) Touched up your fascia with paint for free."

Turo got in touch with me within minutes of my work request. I was at work, but he went to my house, texted a quote to me. I approved the quote, and he finished the repair job in about an hour. I paid him online! From the time I posted the job to the time it was complete and paid for was about 3 hours. It was a miracle! (Although it was December, which must be off season for gutter work.) Turo was quick and thorough. I'll gladly hire him again!

Turo contacted me right away and stopped by to look at the gutters even though I wasn't home. He then came back to explain to me what needed to be done (total gutter replacement). He showed me the options, sent the contract, and scheduled the job. They were on time and done in a few hours!
